I started an ethanol fire today. I heard the glass cracking from the heat and rushed to shut off the burner but the alcohol had already caught. My hand lit up for a second and soft blue flames licked between my fingers like air rushing through. It felt cool and velvety then burned off quick and I saw flames spring up under the burners and across the surface of the stove. It was burning so hot that the flames looked like they were floating. For a moment I thought everything might explode. I thought, everything is going to go up in flames and eventually the gas line will light and blow up and there will be a giant hole in the side of the house smoking and the air will smell like flowers. Everything will smell like flowers and it'll be so peaceful. Maybe the blast will knock me unconscious and I'll wake up someone different but think that it was how I'd always been. Maybe I won't love the same things anymore and I'll love all of the things I detest and I'll be much nicer and sweeter, but instead, after water and towels, the fire was out and I stood dripping and shaking head to toe.

I fixed my sleeping cycle finally after staying awake for about 30 or so hours from 2pm on sunday afternoon to 8pm monday night. Yay.

Now I am 55 days from Prelims and 116 days from A levels.

This is my 13th year in the Singaporean Pre-U education system- and I'm down to the last 128 of 4745 days.

For those of you who are into this sort of statistics, i'm left with 128 days of my education which has spanned 13 years (including the year I retained)- or roughly 4745 days. That pretty much means I've completed 97.31% of my journey to my A Level certificate, and am left with the final 2.69%, which will define the entire previous 12-13 years of my academic history.

Pretty scary shit. I'm a silly risk taker, but even I know not to fuck around when 2% of your total time spent in this hell-hole is going to influence what comes out of all of it, as well as your future thereafter.

Hello all!

I bought a 2nd hand faux-leather jacket recently and was too eager at finding one that fits me to realize the jacket is... flaking!!! So basically, I now have black flakes everywhere, on my skin, on my phone and ALL OVER my white bag. Not cool. Jacket is flaking like it has eczema and I don't know what to do. ):

Anybody has any idea?
A search online brought up applying lacquers on it and stuff, does it really work?

So I've been talking to this guy for about a month and I don't know how he does it. I really don't. I never get like this over a guy, well not "never" but it's been years. He drives me crazy. I love our sleep overs, falling asleep with his arms around me is heaven, I swear. If this isn't it, it's as close as it gets. I almost forgot how amazing it feels to be so infatuated with someone like this. I'm so glad he came along and reminded me. I just hope it doesn't end. I'm in wayyyyyyy over my head... gah!
