Hey girls, need some help from all of you. Your help is much appreciated!

1. Where can I get hats like this (refer to picture below)? Not the usual ones seen in F21's site.



2. Where can I get cheap yet of good quality knitwear, trench coats, winter accessories and legwear? Legwear I'm looking for are preferably over the knee socks, leg warmers, ribbed/thick stockings.

3. Could someone tell me about the difference between different perms available at various salons? Digital perm, Japanese perm, etc. Preferably with the use of photos, of course! I would also like to know the kind of perm Blair Waldorf is sporting in Gossip Girl, usually seen when she's going to school and not those posh dinners.

4. I'm going to Paris and Switzerland later this year, any particular things to take note of? Places, food, shopping, etc. Preferably cheap, even though I know nothing in Europe is actually as cheap as stuff in Singapore haha! What are the must-buy, must-try and must-do things in Europe?
